It was a beautiful day out and Summer couldn't wait to go outside. She quickly got up off of her bed and ran to her dresser. Getting some clothes out of the drawer. She picked out a white tank top, tight blue jeans and a paleish yellow hoodie. It wasn't that cold out but she wanted to look semmi human. She didn't want to stick out like a sore thumb. Summer got her clothes on as she walked towards the window. Looking outside. It was sprinkling a little outside but nothing major. She then walked to her bathroom and put some makeup on. Some yellow eyeshadow to watch her hoodie and all the other makeup stuff a girl was suppose to put on to look nice. Her parents weren't home. They weren't gonna be home for a while, like for a few months. She would just come home from walking around in the woods or meadow and read or do something she'd like to do.
Summer walked out of her bedroom and downstairs to her car. Well her big yellow truck. No one could mistake it for someone else's because it had a big black skull design on the hood of the truck. She hopped in the driver side and started the engine. Pushing the gas and backing up down her driveway til she got onto the road. Turning onto the road and driving towards the meadows. She had brought her ipod with her. To go for a nice quiet walk. She also brought her camera too, to take some pictures. She loved taking photographs of all the animals and anything to deal with nature basically. She had reached the meadow and parked her truck on the side of the rocky road. Summer turned her truck off and got out. She then got her camera and ipod out. Locked her truck and made her way toward the open meadow. She loved sitting in all of the weeds and flowers. Summer put her ipod on and started listening to some of her music. Slipknot was playing first and she sat down onto her spot where she'd ususally sit.

Shawn stood bare chested, wearing only a pair of silk boxeres, and looked out the window of his room at Christian and Pyper's place. He gazed out across the beauty of the world. Something seemed to be drawing him outside to the meadow. He loved Forks and he hoped to be permanently assigned there. He'd asked Aro for a permanent undercover placement there and word was due to come soon. He smiled softly and decided he'd follow his urge to go outside and see what happened. He took a quick shower and dressed in his favorite jeans and black leather boots. He threw on his favorite t-shirt The one he'd had made to match his tatto. He threw on his favorite black leather trenchcoat.
Walking outside, he took the now familiar path from his son's back steps into the meadow. He smiled at the light sprinkling of the rain. He didn't mind one bit, actually he rather liked the rain. He approached the meadow that was usually his silent quiet place. Nearing it he caught the scent of a veggie vamp but for some reason he didn't feel the revulsion he normally felt for veggie vamps. He took a seat under his normal tree about a foot away from her. He propped one arm on his raised knee. Glancing over at her, he smiled. She was very beautiful. He actually hadn't seen a woman that beautiful since Allondra died a century ago. He knew that she was listening to music but that her vampire hearing would allow her to hear him. "Hello." He said softly, smiling. [/color][/blockquote]

Summer was listening to her music when she felt someones presence. It was a male vampire and he was carnivorous. He was watching her and she didn't have to look his way in order to know that. The vampire smiled at her and said hi. She smiled back and looked at him. He was good looking and built. "Hi. How long have you been there sitting, watching me from a distance? Never mind, I already know the answer." She told him with a smirk. He looked kind of familiar like she had seen him around town. Which she probably did. Summer hadn't really gain much friends. Here and there but no one new. So, this would make a great chance to make a new and great friend. Maybe more? "How about you take a sit next to me unless your too good for me?" She said jokingly with a huge grin on her face. She loved being a smartass sometimes.
Summer looked all over the meadow. Looking for some deer and then she saw a family. She took her camera out and started taking some shots of them. She missed having a close family like that. It sucked being alone all of the time. It got boring talking to yourself too. She sighed a little as she turned off her ipod. So, her attention would be on this guy.

Shawn looked over at her again. He liked her bluntness. He smiled at her. He had seen her around town, he was sure of it. He was somewhat lost in her beauty. If he had to pick one thing that mesmerized him the most, he would say it was most definitely her eyes. He smiled at her. "I think that could be arranged." He glanced over at her as he got up and went over to her. He sat next to her, his arm propped on his knee. "I definitely think that we should get to know one another." He replied softly. "You're a cheeky one, and I like that. I'm Shawn MacLeod." He said, introducing himself. His Scottish accent strong.
Shawn followed her gaze over to the deer. He smiled at their beauty. He didn't understand how anyone could slaughter such beautiful, innocent creatures when humans were the most evil monsters in the world. He smiled as the took the picture then turned off her i-pod. He had an incredible desire to put his arm around her, which was something he hadn't felt in over a century.
